There is a big storm heading to the Seattle area this week, so I am currently swooning over these photos we recently shot on a clear crisp day! I predict that we are about to be stuck at home in PJ’s with no power for days. Alternatively, we may be dressed in parkas while braving the wind and rain. Wish us luck!
Plaid is absolutely one of my favorite prints on baby boys, so I just couldn’t pass up this Tea Collection sweater from Barna and Co! This sweater is so soft and adorable with that collar! It just may make a reappearance for our Thanksgiving dinner! My friend Whitney lent me this fun polka dot skirt to model down on Johnson Farm, and I had such a blast playing dress up for the day! If you know me well, you know I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal. But what woman doesn’t like to get dolled up every once in awhile? It was fun to mix the polka dot and plaid prints between baby’s outfit and mine. Between eating apples fresh off the trees, to twirling around in a full length skirt, I’d say it was a beautiful day all around. Also, is there anything cuter than a chubby baby in a deer hat? I think not. This hat can also be found at Barna and Co! And for all of you baby girl mamas, they had the sweetest pink unicorn hat too!

The weather is slowly cooling down here in the Pacific Northwest. Fall is upon us! Baby Julian and I recently visited Bainbridge Gardens, our local nursery, to pick up some fun plants for autumn. Mind you, I don’t have much of a green thumb, but I do have a desire to learn! And my husband insists I would love gardening. Do you garden? Any tips for a novice?
The top I’m wearing is a nursing top, but is so comfy I’m not ready to give it up. The deeper hue has that autumn feel, and I can’t wait for more of these shades! What autumn trends are you looking forward to wearing? Let me know!

As you can see, things are looking a little different around here at Bainbridge Boheme! The blog has been in need of some TLC for awhile and I could not be more excited about how things turned out.
Miss Allison Wagner from West Coast Aesthetic has been more than generous to help bring my blog vision to life. She has been gracious, immensely insightful, and bonus, she is as stylish as they come!
The Bainbridge Boheme logo has been revamped, the coloring is more cohesive and the category titles have changed a bit. You can still expect the same content as always, but with a chicer presentation. I also recently added a “lifestyle” category to highlight our miscellaneous, everyday moments. In the lifestyle category you will be seeing a lot more of our home and remodeling process, fashion and beauty inspiration and how we celebrate daily life. I hope you enjoy these subtle, and gorgeous changes as much as I do! Happy Monday everyone!
Maybe it’s because of the back to school feel, but autumn has always felt like a fresh start to me. I have created a fun list of fall inspired activities I plan on doing with my family. I am already embracing the crisper air and beautiful fall foliage here in Washington. Will you be doing any of these as well? What are your autumn to-do’s? Let me know in the comments!
